Effective Monday 4/29/2024, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required to access your POECU Visa Credit Card Account when using the “Pay your POECU Visa Platinum” link on this page.  This is an added level of protection for your account. You will be prompted to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the cell or email on file in order to access your account. You will also be asked “Do You Want to Remember This Device? “ By selecting YES, you will be able to skip this MFA step for 6 months.

Note that when accessing your Visa Credit Card Account via online banking, MFA is already enabled and requires no additional action.
