employers, or from other financial institutions where you conduct financial
transactions.

It is the policy of the Post Office Employees’ Credit Union not to sell member information for use by non-affiliated third parties. POECU limits the use and collection information about members to that which, in POECU’s judgement, is necessary to provide excellent service and offer opportunities we think benefit members. We, therefore, may disclose all the information we collect, as previously described, to companies performing marketing services for us or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. To protect our members’ privacy we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of the information we provide. We prohibit these companies from selling the member information we provide to other third parties.

In order to conduct the business of the Credit union, we may also disclose non- public personal information about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law, These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of the Credit Union, follow your instructions as you authorize, or protect the security of our financial records.

If you terminate your membership with the Post Office Employees’ Credit Union, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or required by law.
